THE CHALLENGE
Teams are encouraged to create a name for their team during the process of the project, but the names can be very personal and hard for other audiences to understand or empathize with.
THE Solution
A picture is worth a thousand words. By making a visualization of the project as an icon, the team’s purpose is easier to understand.
THE method
Once a team has reframed their problem statement and has moved toward the creation of a prototype, I can create a rough concept illustration based on the data and insights that have been gathered. The facilitators and project champion are then presented with the concept for feedback and edits before moving towards a initial icon design. Once further feedback and approvals have been given, the design will be used for report outs and any documents that need to be designed for the Innovation Lab.
